It's a new day....I guess its time to rise and shine!

A great nights rest at the Sedona Rouge Hotel and Spa.
Yes, I think its  time to spend a little time at the spa...a
massage sounds nice, followed by a dip in the pool.

Sunset

A beautiful sunset as we make our way to Prescott for the rest of the
weekend.  Lots of family to see, many are over 90 years old.  It will be a
relaxing couple of days..

Ready to ride

The infamous Pink Jeep Tours of Sedona.  Picked us up from our
hotel to join more 'tourist' for a fun couple of hours to see Sedona
from a different perspective...I'm ready!  Looks like fun!

A bath with a view

It's shaping up to be a great day.  After my bath, it's time to explore..

Easter Sunday

My how quickly the Peeps sneak out of the jars!  Good
thing there are plenty of Jelly Bellys, Reeses peanut butter
bunnies, Cadbury Eggs, and Robins Eggs to keep the sweet
tooth at bay!  I wonder what I'll find to fill them after Easter..

Spoons...

This little beauty showed up in my mailbox today..
Made of spoons, this pattern is called 'Sirens' it was
discontinued in 1891....makes me wonder who once
used these very pieces for desert through the years up
to the later part of the 19th century.  I bought it from a
jewelry maker in Florida for a very reasonable price!

Chicken on a bike

Olympia Arts walk always has the most interesting sights!
This chicken wasn't tethered to the bike, he was just hanging
on!  The two year old chicken was raise by this kid riding the
bike, his name is Bo and he was just chillin among all the crowd.

Not Holland, but rather Washington State

Although there has been plenty of sun this month, it's also
been pretty cold on the weekends, therefore I haven't made
it up to the Skagit Valley this year for the Tulip Festival.  I
will miss it again this year, as I will be traveling for 2 weeks
at the end of the month....unfortunately, not back to Holland!

My tulips

In just the past couple of days, my tulips have begun to bloom.
Ahhh, spring has finally made its way to the Pacific Northwest...just in
time for Easter!  Soon my Lilies of the Valley will be sprouting up...I love those little things!

Home

My Love took this photo from outside the terrace door looking into my home.  The evergreen trees and lawn behind show up in the reflection of the glass.  Combined with the front window, light fixtures, furnishings and Kuui the Cat makes for an interesting photo..
